When out camping, your sleeping pad can be the determining factor in whether you get a good nights sleep or a bad one. For the moto camping I do, I really need to sleep well. Riding when tired can be super dangerous.

While I have camped in the past with cots and air mattresses and slept great, that simply isn’t possible on a motorcycle. As with backpacking, moto camping gear needs to be as lightweight and small as possible. This is true for the sleeping pad as well. I’ve seen moto campers use a variety of different sleeping mats, and there are tons out there.

Whichever one you end up getting, just be sure it meets your needs. Both in terms of dimensions/weight and how well you can sleep on it!
